The time required to dry the property depends on the level of damage and the amount of moisture absorbed by building materials. As a general guide, most properties can be successfully dried between 4-7 days.

We work for a person or company appointing us to carry out work, we can send you an invoice and compliant report. We can also assist you with the insurance claim and we usually allow up to 4 weeks for payment. So, in most cases either your insurer pays us directly or you pay us when you have received payment from your insurance company.

No, if a visual mould growth is present on the carpet, then it will need to be cut and removed. All the surrounding surfaces will also need to be cleaned and disinfected as a minimum.

The usual response time varies depending on the location of the property. However, we can attend to most properties in the Adelaide Metropolitan area within 60 minutes.

No, we do not need upfront payment for water damage restoration work. We will require an engagement letter or purchase order to proceed with the work.

Yes, we can prepare inventory and pack and store all your content items at our storage facility for the duration of repairs. The cost depends on the time required to pack and the size of the contents being stored.

No, at this stage we do not provide climate control storage.

We provide a free inspection and quote. All the mould testing is charged at $110 including GST per surface or air sample.

In most water damage claims you can live in the property during the drying work. However, we strongly recommend that you don’t live in the affected areas as drying equipment will generate significant noise. In mould and bio-hazard clean-up work, you will not be allowed to enter the work area for the duration of the remediation work.
